Take One Minute

Take One Minute

My friends, please, today, take one minute, 60 seconds, at any point you choose, and send loving, healing energy into our world.

Pray to what ever Higher Power you believe in.  Just think about a peaceful world, picture it.  One minute.  There are more of us that want everyone to take a collective breath and take all of this down a notch, than there are of those that want to create chaos and fear.

Please, for one minute today, make it an intentional, peaceful, loving, healing minute.

Thank you.

Love and light to you all.

pray for the world
